Crime Reports: $8,000 riding mower reported stolen in Abilene

300 block of Beech Street – Injury to Child/Elderly/Disabled
A victim reported he was assaulted by a known suspect in north Abilene.
900 block of S Willis Street – Criminal Mischief
A victim reported a known suspect caused $50 worth of damage to her vehicle.
4400 block of Ridgway Road – Theft of Property
A victim reported a known suspect used a fake $100 to buy a tool off Facebook.
3000 block of Catclaw Drive – Criminal Mischief
A hotel reported a former tenant caused $1,000 worth of damage to the room.
3500 block of E Hwy 80 – Theft of Property
An unknown suspect stole a tool worth $1,500 from the back of a trailer.
3100 block of Beltway S – Theft of Property
A victim his son’s $400 baseball glove was stolen.
1600 block of Denali Drive – Theft of Property
A report was taken for theft after $335 worth of items was stolen.
600 block of Chapel Hill Road – Theft of Property
A riding mower worth $8,000 was reported stolen.
4200 block of Kirkwood Street – Aggravated Assault Deadly Weapon
A victim reported a known suspect cut him with a knife then left.
500 block of Poplar Street – Burglary of Habitation
A victim reported a known suspect broke into her residence and took $400 worth of tools.
1400 block of S 9th Street – Criminal Mischief
Police took a report of criminal mischief.
1900 block of Denton Street – Assault
A report for assault was taken in south Abilene.
2000 block of S Clack Street – Criminal Mischief
A report for criminal mischief was taken in south Abilene.
