Crews respond to early morning building fire in Valley Center

VALLEY CENTER, Kan. (KSNW) — Crews responded to a building fire in Valley Center on Sunday. According to the Valley Center Department of Public Safety, crews from the Valley Center Police Department and the Sedgwick County Fire Department responded around 4:20 a.m. to the report of a fire in the 500 block of W. Main St.

A photo posted online shows the fire was extinguished. It also shows the charred interior of the building. The Valley Center Department of Public Safety did not state the extent of the damage or the cause of the fire.
