Crews repairing water main break in Cornelius

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) – Charlotte Water officials said crews were repairing a water main break in Cornelius on Tuesday.

The break occurred along One Norman Blvd. and crews were working to fix the issue throughout the morning.

Traffic was being impacted and a water outage was expected to last through late afternoon and possibly into the evening, water officials said.

The cause of the break has not yet been released.
