Crash involving tanker causes lane closures on I-240

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A crash involving a tanker truck caused lane closures on I-240 Thursday afternoon.

The Memphis Police Department is responding to the two-vehicle crash at I-240 and Poplar Avenue.

According to the Tennessee Department of Transportation, the left three eastbound lanes on I-240, as well as the left shoulder, are currently blocked.

Police say at this time, no injuries have been reported.
