Eisenhower Army Medical Center has issued an "All Clear" after a threatening call spawned a "Code Black" Thursday morning.

As of 11:50 a.m., the Code Black was lifted and the hospital reopened to patients.

"We are currently adjusting several appointments, surgeries and pharmacy prescription backlogs, but hope to be back up to speed as soon as possible," according to Eisenhower Army Medical Center officials.

After receiving the threatening call, Eisenhower Army Medical Center immediately closed and issued a Code Black, prompting security measures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff, according to a statement from the installation.

Fort Eisenhower’s Department of Emergency Services responded to the scene and the entire facility was cleared of threats.

Fort Eisenhower officials said a Code Black puts the facility on lockdown until law enforcement can determine if there is an actual threat and, if so, neutralize it.

"We will release more details as able," according to the installation.
