Elmira, N.Y. (WETM) – Clouds decrease as we get into the morning with pleasant conditions for the next few days. We’ll be beautiful out there with highs getting in the eighties and lots of sunshine!! More details below:
TONIGHT:
Patchy fog will be with us for the overnight, especially after midnight. Skies will be mostly cloudy with lows falling into the upper fifties along with calm conditions.
SUNDAY:
We end the weekend on Sunday with more warmth and sunshine. Clouds will be on the decrease in the morning and we will see mostly sunny skies for the afternoon. Highs will reach near eighty degrees along with continued calm conditions.
WORK WEEK:
Mostly sunny skies will be with us as we start off the new work week. We will be even warmer out there with highs in the lower eighties on Monday and in the mid eighties on Tuesday. Showers and storms return to the region for Wednesday into Thursday as a cold front moves through the region. We remain warm on Wednesday with highs in the upper eighties. Then we cool off to the upper seventies on Thursday. We dry off to end the week. Skies will be mostly sunny again by Friday with highs in the mid to upper seventies.
