Clean Eatz waives franchise fees for Pueblo cafe owners

(PUEBLO, Colo.) — A Pueblo woman has had her franchise fees waived by Clean Eatz and is hoping to bring more accessible, affordable options for healthy food to the area.

According to Clean Eatz, Stephanie Burdick was one of the winners of Clean Eatz’s Fork-A-Franchise Giveaway allowing Burdick to join the Clean Eatz franchise without incurring the traditional franchise costs.

Clean Eatz said Burdick after spending a decade building her own insurance agency, was ready to take her background and build something meaningful for her community. Burdick recognized a lack of accessible, affordable options for healthy food in Pueblo and saw Clean Eatz as the opportunity to provide for that need.

“Our most significant personal assets are our health and our time. So many folks struggle to find the time to cook and eat healthy. Clean Eatz solves these problems affordably, so folks can spend more time doing what they love,” said Burdick. “I’m really excited to introduce Clean Eatz to Colorado, as it will help locals better enjoy an active, health-conscious life—without shelling out everything in their wallet.”

Burdick anticipates the Clean Eatz location in Pueblo to open in the fall of 2024. The other winners of the giveaway were two entrepreneurs in Salt Lake City.
