SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — The City of San Angelo has recognized 265 staff members for their many years of service to the organization.

“Those who mark significant milestones in their years of service are those who have tirelessly fixed water breaks, cleaned up after frequent storms and supported our community,” Human Resources Director Bryan Kendrick said. “Public servants often work long, thankless shifts, and I want to say I’m so proud of our city staff. San Angelo is truly blessed!”

Of the 265 staff members honored, four had been serving for 35 years. One, Randy Owen, is part of the Permits and Inspections Department, while the remaining three — Assistant Police Chief David Howard, Chriselva Soto and Laura Washington — are all with the San Angelo Police Department.
