Body found in yard of Bainbridge home

BAINBRIDGE, GA (WDHN) — A dead body was found in the backyard of a Bainbridge, Georgia home Monday morning, authorities confirmed.

Bainbridge Police say the body of 35-year-old Markeith Miller was found at around 9:30 a.m. in the backyard of a home in the 200 block of Simms Street.

Miller lived nearby in the 100 block of Simms Street

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is assisting Bainbridge Police with the investigation.
