Bentonville: Stay off the roads

BENTONVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A statement from Debbie Griffin with Downtown Bentonville said that they are requesting residents to stay off the roads.

“The City of Bentonville is requesting residents stay off the roads while damage is being assessed. We also have multiple power lines down and ask people to stay clear of all power lines,” Griffin said.

In Bentonville, multiple streetlights are down. Trees are down in the streets.

Nearly 70,000 people are without power in Benton County at this time.
