Art Spaces luncheon reservations open now

Apr. 4—Art Spaces will host its annual luncheon in April with a special guest speaker.

The event is set for noon April 20 at the Country Club of Terre Haute. The speaker will be François Hugon, author of "Made in France." Reservations are required. The price is $50 per person.

Hugon was born south of France in 1959. At age nine, he decided he was moving to America — a dream that took him 10 years to fulfill. He eventually moved to Indianapolis four days before his 20th birthday. However, before he was able to make the move, he experienced a troubled life, according to a release from Art Spaces.

Hugon was kidnapped twice by the age of 10, and he developed an autoimmune disorder that causes patches of skin to lose its color, known as Vitiligo.

Seating is limited. Reservations should be made by April 11 through www.wabashvalleyartspaces.com or by calling 812-235-2801.

Proceeds will support projects and programs of Art Spaces, Inc.

The Art Spaces Annual Luncheon is sponsored by The Hometown Savings Bank.
