Which Arkansas state parks still have availability for total solar eclipse
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Arkansas is two weeks away from the first total solar eclipse with a path of totality through the state since 1918 and many are flocking to state parks to see the rare event.
27 of the 54 Arkansas State Parks are in the path with just four of them having availability during the eclipse.

These are the four parks in the path with availability:
Lake Ouachita State Park in Mountain Pine (cabins and camping available)
Ozark Folk Center State Park in Mountain View (cabins available)
Crowley’s Ridge State Park in Paragould (camping available)
Mount Magazine State Park in Paris (lodging available)
State parks outside the path of totality also have limited availability. Eight of the 27 parks outside the path have openings during the eclipse:
Lake Chicot State Park in Lake Village (cabins and camping)
Moro Bay State Park in Jersey (cabins and camping)
Cane Creek State Park in Star City (camping)
Devil’s Den State Park in West Fork (camping)
Mississippi River State Park in Marianna (camping)
Village Creek State Park in Wynne (camping)
White Oak Lake State Park in Bluff City (camping)
Withrow Springs State Park in Huntsville (camping)
Four of the five parks that will see the longest duration in the path of totality have no availability, according to the Arkansas State Parks website.
