Arby’s Restaurants donates to Second Harvest Food Bank

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Arby’s Restaurants announced their donation to Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee on Monday.

Arby’s Restaurants, owned and operated by AES Restaurant Group, presented a check for $5,967.00 to help provide food for people experiencing food insecurity in the region.

Ceremony held to honor donors and recipients of life-saving transplants

This contribution stems from the Days of Giving Round Up for Charity campaign that Arby’s Restaurants organizes to serve its customers and community.

“AES Restaurant Group believes in giving back to the communities in which we live and work. We are so thankful to be able to provide 100% of the money donated by our customers to support the programs provided by Second Harvest Food Bank,” Michael Tisman, AES Restaurant Group Area Supervisor, said in a release. “We are so proud to partner with Second Harvest Food Bank to provide much-needed support to the people of Northeast Tennessee.”
