Nissan Trucks, SUVs, and Vans 2017 Model Overview

Nissan makes significant investment into its truck and SUV lineup for the 2017 model year, freshening both the Rogue crossover and Pathfinder SUV models, introducing a new Armada, and debuting a redesigned Titan half-ton full-size pickup truck. The full-size NV vans have a new engine, and the heavy-duty Titan XD lineup now offers a single cab body style. Other models get minor updates.

2017 Nissan Armada

  • Nissan switches its full-size SUV to the company’s rugged Patrol platform, sold in other parts of the world

  • This design is aging, and has been used as the Infiniti QX80 for several years

  • SV, SL, and Platinum trim levels with seating for up to 8 people

  • 5.6-liter V-8 engine and rear-wheel or 4-wheel drive

  • Tows up to 8,500 lbs., carries as much as 95.4 cu. ft. of cargo

  • Impressive roster of driver-assistance and collision-avoidance technologies

2017 Nissan Frontier

  • Frontier S has a body-color rear bumper, replacing chrome

  • New Work Truck package for S trim level with spray-in bedliner, rubber floor mats, and more


2017 Nissan Juke

  • Machined-finish aluminum wheels standard for SV and SL trim levels

  • Heated front seats and heated outside mirrors are standard for the Juke SV

  • New Black Pearl Edition debuts, featuring Super Black paint, black wheels, black interior, and white accents inside and out


2017 Nissan Murano

  • Apple CarPlay is now offered for most versions of the Murano

  • Driver Attention Alert, a drowsy driver detection system, is available for the SV trim level in addition to SL and Platinum


2017 Nissan NV

  • New 375-horsepower, 5.6-liter V-8 engine increases both power and fuel economy, and is paired with a new heavy-duty 7-speed automatic transmission


2017 Nissan NV200

  • Standard equipment now includes power door locks and a hill-start assist system

  • SV trim level gains body-color exterior bumpers, mirrors, and trim

  • Sliding Door Glass package adds protective wire mesh to the windows, a rear window defroster, and a rearview mirror


2017 Nissan Pathfinder

  • New front and rear styling, wheel designs

  • Improved interior storage, cupholders, instrumentation

  • New 3.5-liter V-6 engine making 284 horsepower; towing capacity increases to 6,000 lbs.

  • Standard NissanConnect infotainment system with larger 8-in. touch-screen display, improved voice-recognition technology, and subscription services including automatic collision notification, emergency calling, and more

  • Optional hands-free power tailgate, LED headlights, adaptive cruise control

  • Available forward-collision warning with automatic emergency braking, and moving-object detection technology is added to the 360-degree Around View Monitor system

  • New colors: Caspian Blue and Sandstone

  • Nissan makes no changes to its minivan


2017 Nissan Rogue

  • Restyled front end, taillights, rear bumper, aluminum wheel designs

  • Updated interior materials and surface treatments, new flat-bottom steering wheel

  • New Rogue Hybrid debuts, promising up to 34 mpg in combined driving

  • Rogue One: Star Wars Limited Edition offered in conjunction with the latest Star Wars movie

  • Optional Platinum Reserve Interior package with premium leather, hands-free power tailgate

  • Available adaptive cruise control with forward-collision warning, pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, and lane-departure prevention technologies

2017 Nissan Titan

  • Redesigned half-ton full-size pickup truck

  • Single cab and crew cab styles in S, SV, PRO-4X, SL, and Platinum Reserve trim levels

  • 390-horsepower, 5.6-liter V-8 engine is standard, with a new V-6 engine planned during 2017

  • 7-speed automatic transmission with rear-wheel or 4-wheel drive

  • Tows up to 9,310 lbs. and hauls up to 1,610 lbs. of payload when properly equipped

  • Available dual locking in-bed storage compartments are removable, waterproof, and equipped with drain plugs

  • Available Utili-track bed channels with adjustable tie-down cleats, spray-in bedliner, LED cargo bed lighting, 120-volt in-bed electrical access

  • Interior equipped with Zero Gravity seat designs, large storage areas, water-repellant fabric or leather

  • Optional front and rear park-assist sensors, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, 360-degree Around View Monitor with moving-object detection, NissanConnect Services including automatic collision notification, navigation system

  • Built in Mississippi using Tennessee-sourced engines


2017 Nissan Titan XD

  • Single cab body style joins the heavy-duty Titan XD lineup, in S and SV trim

  • Titan XD single cab tows up to 12,640 lbs. when properly equipped, has a standard 8-foot-long cargo bed

  • New Texas Titan special edition available only in Texas
