2 pieces of Copper Pipe
Tools:
Hot Glue Gun
Scissor
Instructions:
1. Cut a piece of vinyl so that it is two feet longer than the length of your table, and 1 ½ - 2 feet narrower than the width of your table.
2. Hot glue the copper pipes to either end of the vinyl runner. You want to make sure the copper pipe is longer than the width of your runner.
Owl Decorations
Materials:
3″ Styrofoam Balls
White Alligator Vinyl
Copper Brillo Pad
Grey Felt
Googley Eyes
Tools:
Hot Glue Gun
Scissor
Sharpie
Instructions:
1. Flatten out your copper Brillo pad and glue it to your styrofoam ball.
2. Cut several teardrop shapes out of the alligator vinyl - these will serve as feathers.
3. Glue the “feathers” around the rest of the ball, leaving the Brillo pad un-feathered, so it acts as the breast of the owl.
4. Cut one larger, slightly more rounded teardrop from the vinyl and glue it to the top of the ball, to that the point comes down onto the Brillo, and the tops of the “feathers” are covered.
5. Cut a figure eight or “B” from the grey felt and glue it to the top of the Brillo pad, so that the tip of the top teardrop drops down over it slightly.
6. Add a googley eye to each side of the “B”.
7. Cut a small triangle from the vinyl and glue below the eyes to serve as a beak.
8. Cut two small triangles from the grey felt and pinch them in half, with a dab of glue, then glue them to the owl to serve as ears.
9. Write the name of your guest on the top of the owl.

Instructions:
1. Blow up your balloons. Alternatively, you could call a party supply store and order balloons that have already been inflated.
2. String together your balloons with copper wire. Be creative. Leave spaces between balloons, bunch them up, and even add extra wires to have lengths hanging off in different directions.
3. Attach the helium balloons along the wire. You can bunch a few up where you want the most life, and then trail them along the rest of the wire. Make sure to leave a length at the end without any helium balloons attached, so that your balloon chain truly drapes like a waterfall.
