'The Young and the Restless' Camryn Grimes Gives Birth to First Baby

Camryn Grimes received the best gift, and well ahead of Christmas, as the The Young and the Restless actress is officially a mom!
The 33-year-old soap star announced the birth of her first child with fiancé Brock Powell on her Instagram page earlier this week.
According to Grimes' post, she and Powell, also 33, welcomed the baby boy on Wednesday, Dec. 13, joking in the caption, "Dad and I never liked waiting for Christmas either…"
"Our little family’s future is merry & bright ❣️," she concluded–but not before revealing the name of the couple's son, Bridger Elias Foster.
Shortly after announcing the two had welcomed a healthy baby boy, the comments filled up with love and support from friends and fans alike.
The Young and the Restless star Ashley Jones exclaimed, "Perfection!!!!" Meanwhile, co-star Loren Lott later chimed in with some emojis, "🥹💙."
"So sweet ♥️♥️♥️," shared actress Kate Easton.
"Omg congratulations!!!!!" added Wizards of Waverly Place alum Jennifer Stone.
Grimes only announced she was pregnant about four months ago, sharing the sweet announcement with fans on Instagram this past August.
"I guess you can add mother to my resume. ❣️," she quipped in the caption of her post, which featured a sign that read "Baby Foster arriving Dec. 2023," surrounded by polaroids of the pregnant actress showing off and caressing her baby bump.
Grimes and Powell first announced they were engaged in Jan. 2022, with the first-time mom revealing her fiancé proposed on her birthday that year with an Up-themed engagement.
"It was on my birthday, which I famously hate, and the day was hectic," Grimes previously shared with People. "All I knew was that there was a dinner that night and so I couldn't understand why Brock had me running around all day."
"We ended up running late for dinner and Brock said he had to stop at the house first, we pull up and he grabs our dog Riley and asks me to get out of the car and join him. He escorts me to the backyard which was lit with markets lights and candles and balloons everywhere! Then he got down on one knee and popped the question!"
