When it comes to brows, I thought I had my routine on lock. I’d taken my time to find exactly what products worked to get me the closest to my Bambi Northwood-Blyth dreams (look her up ASAP) and had been using a combination of powder, wax, and a clear brow gel consistently for the last few months. I made a habit out of passing any new brow finds on to my friends and co-workers to test out. Last week, when Glossier’s new Boy Brow ($16) showed up at my desk and I brought it home and handed it over to my best friend to try, knowing she had been looking for a new brow product. She was instantly hooked and couldn’t stop raving about it. And while I was happy to see her brows on fleek, I instantly regretted handing over the tube.
The product works to thicken, fill-in, and groom brows using a tiny tapered brush and a tinted wax-like formula to hold everything in place. Boy Brow leaves behind just the right amount of color (so your brows don’t look fake), while also keeping hairs in place throughout the day thanks to combination of natural beeswax and carnauba wax. Boy Brow is available in three shades, blond, brown and black, which might not seem like a huge range, but it’s easy to match one of them to your brow color. It’s officially replaced my wax, powder, gel routine and now my arches are looking even more like my brow idols.
