Mick Foley is a certified WWE legend, having won a plethora of titles before retiring in 2012. And although it's been more than a decade since he wrestled for WWE, Foley wants to get back in the ring. He just needs to get back in fighting shape first.

Foley, known for years professionally as Cactus Jack, first floated the possibility of a one-and-done comeback fight on his podcast last month. "Sixty is right around the corner, [and] I'm thinking about doing one final match for my 60th birthday," he said. "Deathmatch. I'm not kidding. I think it would be a great incentive to drop those 100 big ones, and I think it might be fun."

Foley has been on a weight loss journey to make his dream come true before he hits the big 6-0 in June of next year. On March 27, the WWE Hall of Famer gave an update on his progress on his YouTube. He's been working with OVW wrestlers Crystal White and Katie Gannon, known as a duo as the Von Rockettes, to get his workout routine together. So far, Foley is down to 348 pounds from a high of 372, so while he's a quarter of the way there, he's well on his way to his goal.

"I clearly have a long way to go, but already I feel like I'm moving around a little bit better compared to two or three months ago where I thought I could never get in shape. Now, I'm pretty confident that I've got this," he smiled proudly.

Foley has just over a year left to reach his goal. If you're inspired by his experience, always make sure to consult your physician before embarking on a new fitness regimen.
