Woman Says Guardian Angel Saved Her From Horrific Car Crash: "It Was A Miracle!"

Here, Woman’s World reader Carmen Rowland describes how after she fell asleep at the wheel of her car, an angel miraculously intervened to keep her safe.
Carmen’s Guardian Angel story told in her own words:
I worked 80 miles round-trip in a different location away from my home. Every morning, while driving to work, I would always say a prayer and end with: “God, please put an angel in my car today.”
On this one day, I left work early because I wasn’t feeling well. While driving, I reached over in my purse and got two Tylenol. But, I had actually picked up my anxiety medication by mistake. It’s the same color and size pill. As I was driving, at 60 mph on a less traveled highway, I fell asleep.
I was awakened by EMTs screaming my name, upside down and secured in my seat belt. The EMT’s directed me to crawl out the back passenger window. My car was a mangled mess and the driver’s side took most of the impact.
The next time I awoke, I was in the hospital, a nurse was shaking me, asking if I had someone to call to come get me. I don’t remember phone numbers because the numbers are in my contact list on my phone.
I fell back asleep, but then, suddenly, sat up in bed and rattled off my husband’s cellphone number. The nurse called the number and my husband just happened to be 15 minutes away seeing a client. I don’t remember him taking me home.
The next day, I woke up with no pain, no cuts or broken bones…just bruised knuckles from the air bag. It was amazing. My car was a mangled mess and the driver’s side took most of the impact. My hands were hit with such force that a diamond was gone from my setting.
Putting together the pieces
I later discovered I was taken to a trauma unit hospital, specializing in head traumas. The CT scan of my brain was normal. I went back to the spot I last remembered being in to put the pieces back together. It turned out I had traveled 6 miles after falling asleep. God planned for me to crash into a telephone pole, in a person’s yard and right before entering a busy intersection. The telephone pole looked like a splintered toothpick.
How did I drive 6 miles asleep? I didn’t…God’s angel drove my car and saved my life. A year earlier, my sister was killed in a similar accident. I know God saved my life for a purpose, and my angel is welcome to drive my car anytime she needs to take over the steering wheel!

“What a miracle that Carmen was not badly injured or killed in this serious accident, like her sister was a year prior. From the condition of her car, it seems she should have been.
