Wet N’ Wild to open on weekends

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Wet N’ Wild Waterworld will officially open this weekend on Saturday, May 4, and Sunday, May 5, the waterpark said in a press release.

The waterpark says it will be open from 10 a.m. through 6 p.m. and will be open on weekends only starting this weekend. However, starting on May 24, the waterpark will be open every day.

The waterpark says it features over 25 rides and attractions like the Atlantis Adventure splash ground, the all-new double rider slide Tarantula Tailspin, and the family raft ride Condor’s Secret. The waterpark sits on 60 acres of tree-shaded picnic spots.

The waterpark says guests can bring their own food, beverages, and propane grills free of charge. Charcoal grills are also available for rent.

The waterpark also says no glass containers are allowed such as pickle jars or glass hot sauce bottles and picnic tables are now based on reservation and are available online at www.wetnwildwaterworld.com.

Those interested in a more private experience can reserve a cabana for a day. Cabanas include free rental tubes, picnic tables, privacy screens, table side wait service and charcoal grills. To reserve a cabana, click here: Cabanas – Wet ’N’ Wild Water World (wetnwildwaterworld.com).
