Find Out Who Went Home on ‘America’s Got Talent’ Tonight and Who Made the Finale!

Night one of AGT season 18 featured performances from 11 artists—Adrian Stoica and Hurricane, Brynn Cummings, John Wines, Lambros Garcia, Lavender Darcangelo, Maureen Langan, Mitch Rossell, Oleksandr Leshchenko & Magic Innovations, Ray Wold, Sainted and True Villains—who are all hoping to make it through to the finale.

From all the artists who received at least three yeses this season, the judges selected 55 contestants to perform on the Live Shows. They are divided up into 11 acts performing over five nights and from each night, only two make it through to the finale.

Here’s how the results show went down:

As the 11 artists waited to learn their fate, Terry introduced a look back at Tuesday night’s performances.

Then the AGT host began disclosing the outcome of Tuesday night’s vote. He first called to the stage Ray Wold & Mom and Brynn Cummings. The first act to make the night’s Top 5 was Brynn, whose ventriloquist act the night before used double puppets and had a touch of magic.

After a commercial break, we were introduced to the new Sonic Route 44 Lounge.

Terry next called John Wines and Oleksandr Leshchenko & Magic Innovations to the stage to learn their results. The act going through to the Top 5 was Oleksandr Leshchenko & Magic Innovations.

The results continued to roll out with the reveal that Lavender Darcangelo, who had performed Foreigner’s “I Want to Know What Love Is,” made the Top 5 while Lambros Garcia is heading home.

“America I am so happy with you for voting for Lavender,” said Heidi, who had awarded the talented singer her Golden Buzzer.

The fourth group called forward was Mitch Rossell and True Villains. The act still in the running for the finale was country singer Mitch Rossell.

And the final group called up for the AGT results was Sainted, Maureen Langan, and Adrian Stoica and Hurricane. It had to be a close vote between Sainted and Adrian, but Adrian prevailed.

Following the Top 5 reveal, a clip of America's Got Talent presents Superstars Live was run by way of introducing performances by season 14 winner Kodi Lee with 2019 AGT winner Aidan Bryant, followed by Pack Drumline, then The Human Fountains who called Heidi to the stage to join them in spitting water, with a final dance number by Light Balance.

Then it was down to the real business of the night. The reveal of the Top 2 who will go through to the finale, but first Terry announced the Top 3: Lavender Darcangelo, Mitch Rossell, and Adrian Stoica and Hurricane, sending Brynn Cummings and Oleksandr Leshchenko & Magic Innovations home.

The first act to make it to the Top 10 and the finale was Lavender Darcangelo.

“Lavender, my heart is so happy right now,” Heidi told her. “I said to you, ‘I am going to hold your hand and we are going to go all the way to the finish line,’ and we are. When this show is over, I still want to be your best friend. I am going to give you my phone number.”

The second act to make it through on AGT tonight was and Adrian Stoica and Hurricane.

“This act is the best example of an amazing audition and when we got to the Live Shows, you were even better,” Simon told Adrian and Hurricane. Simon always has a fondness for dog acts.

America’s Got Talent airs Tuesday and Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
