Night four of AGT season 18 featured performances from 11 artists—Anna DeGuzman, Roland Abante, Shadow Ace, Mariandrea, D’Corey Johnson, Freedom Singers, Zion Clark, Orlando Leyba, Kylie Frey, Puppet Simon & the Cowbelles, and Chibi Unity —all of who are hoping to get America’s vote to make it through to the finale.

From all the artists who received at least three yeses this season, the judges selected 55 contestants to perform on the Live Shows. They are divided up into 11 acts performing over five nights and from each night, only two are voted through by America and make it into the finale.

The six artists who have made it through to the America's Got Talent finale to date were Heidi Klum’s Golden Buzzer Lavender Darcangelo; Adrian Stoica and Hurricane, Simon Cowell’s favorite dog act; mute comic Ahren Belisle; Howie Mandel’s Golden Buzzer French dance troupe Murmuration; Simon’s Golden Buzzer Putri Ariani, and the Audience Golden Buzzer Mzansi Youth Choir.

America's Got Talent night four results show recap

As the 11 artists waited to learn their fate, host Terry Crews introduced a review package of Tuesday night’s performances.

"I am really, really excited,” Simon said about the finale, which is coming up in two weeks. “I say this every year but we have amazing contestants and so far the right people are going through. It’s going to be an open final. It’s going to be our best.”

Then it was time for the Top 5 reveal to begin. First up was 11-year-old singer D’Corey Johnson versus Puppet Simon & the Cowbelles. It wasn’t really a surprise that D’Corey went through because Puppet Simon got two buzzes -- Simon and Sofia -- on Tuesday night.

Called up next were singer Roland Abante and Japanese dance troupe Chibi Unity. Again, there was no doubt that Chibi Unity won the vote. The judges had called them the best act on Tuesday night.

Getting their results third were dancer Mariandrea and legless athlete Zion Clark. The act still in the competition was Zion Clark.

“I am so happy for you,” Simon said. “Last night, like I said, was a sensational performance. You really, really deserve this. I hope we see you in the final as well.”

Before more results were announced, it was time for the Sonic Hot Seat game in which one of the judges takes the hot seat and gets asked questions from viewers. The audience chanted for Sofia to take the seat. To make it even more humorous, a lie detector was attached to Sofia, and a woman allegedly verified whether or not Sofia was telling the truth – especially when it was questions about Simon – getting her into big trouble with the boss!

An entertainment break was next with last season’s third-place finalist, country singer Drake Milligan, who performed his new single, “I Got a Problem.”

Terry then got back to voting results. He called up comic Orlando Leyba and hand shadow puppeeter Shadow Ace. Shadow Ace moved into the Top 5.

The final spot was a choice between country singer Kylie Fry, magician Anna DeGuzman, and the Freedom Singers, all of whom were good enough to compete in the final. The last act to get a spot in the final five was Anna DeGuzman.

“I am super sad for everyone who didn’t make it,” Heidi said. “I am happy for those in the Top 5, but three are still going home.”

Then it was time to narrow it down to the Top 3. The first act Terry announced as moving on was Chibi Unity, the second was Shadow Ace, and the third and final act making it in was Anna DeGuzman.

Then it was time for the Top 2 reveal: The first act going to the finale was Chibi Unity.

“Congratulations, you were brilliant last night,” Simon said. “This final is getting better and better by the minute. Congratulations. You deserve it.”

The second act going through to the finale was Anna DeGuzman.

“You are a trailblazer,” Howie told her. “We need more women magicians. That starts right now.”
