Walmart Is Selling 'Very Comfortable' $10 EVA Sandals That Are So Similar to a Birkenstock Style 5x the Price

It’s no secret that Birkenstock-style sandals are—and have always been—the staple shoes of summer. The footbed design that Birkenstock sandals popularized, along with the cork sole, is still an instant classic. They can be pretty expensive, though, even with their cheaper EVA footbed sandal options. So it’s no surprise that retailers make lookalike sandals to offer consumers even more discounted sandals with the Birkenstock look.
We reported back in March that Target’s EVA Two Band Footbed Slide Sandals were a direct competitor for Birkenstock’s Arizona Essentials EVA sandal. Now, Walmart has their own version of these EVA footbed sandals and shoppers love how comfortable and affordable they are.
Walmart’s No Boundaries Women's Two Buckle Slide Sandals are only $9.98 and come in four solid colors: aqua (light blue), black (with smiley faces on them), bone (beige) and pink. As stated before, the whole sandal is made from EVA, which is a soft, rubber-like foam material, which makes it easy to wipe clean. They have a textured outer sole while the rest is smooth and the two buckles for both straps are the same color as the shoe.
No Boundaries Women's Two Buckle Slide Sandals, $9.98 at Walmart
Similar to most footbed sandals with two straps, one goes around the toe area and the other is right before the ankle. They come in sizes 6–11 in most colors and the sandals are marked as a “best seller” on Walmart’s website. They only have 47 reviews so far, but they’re pretty favorable, with shoppers raving about how comfortable they are.
"I got this in blue and it's a cute shoe!” one person wrote in their review. “... The shoe is relatively soft and comfortable as soon as you put it on. It's lightweight.”
While they said they were “great for in the house” and around their yard, they didn’t recommend them for tons of walking. But overall, they “highly recommend them."
Another person wrote that they’re "very comfortable” and “affordable,” which they “love.”
"I wear a 7.5 Wide usually. They didn't come in half sizes. So, I tried them in a size 8. They fit [perfectly]!” they wrote. “Just as good. Very comfortable... affordable! Just love them!!"
Arizona Essentials EVA, $49.95 at Birkenstock or Dick's Sporting Goods
As stated before, these are lookalike shoes to Arizona Essentials EVA by Birkenstock. They have the same, classic two-strap design and the buckles are the same color as the sandals. These are also made from EVA (as its name says) and they have the classic Birkenstock footbed mold. They’re $49.95 and come in many colors and sizes.
For only $10, Walmart's No Boundaries Women's Two Buckle Slide Sandals definitely seem to be worth a try. They look nearly identical to Birkenstock’s version and are very comfortable for shoppers. Why not?!
