Trisha Yearwood

Trisha Yearwood is embracing change as we move into the new year, rocking a brand-new hairstyle and bold fashion in new photos.

The country singer posted a few snaps to her Instagram feed on Monday, Dec. 18, from Las Vegas as her husband, fellow musician Garth Brooks, wrapped up his final 2023 shows for his residency.

With new bangs accompanying curled highlighted blonde hair, Yearwood wrote, "Closing out Vegas ‘23 with a bang!" before thanking the hairstylists and makeup artist for the "bangin’ haircut" and "glam."

She concluded, "Merry Christmas, and love one another! 🎄♥️💚."

In the snaps, Yearwood showcased her new hairdo as she modeled a bright red velvet jacket with sleek black pants and sparkling silver boots. Her blue eyes shined thanks to smoky eye makeup and red lipstick.

The "I'll Carry You Home" singer also tried on an outfit with jeans and a vivid magenta sweater, while her heels matched the top and had feather accents that drew the eye.

Kaley Cuoco seemed stunned by the new hairstyle, writing, "The bangs!🔥❤️," as actress Melissa Peterman said, "Welcome to the club!!! See you at the meetings!!! You look banging!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥🔥."

Singer-songwriter Martina McBride added, "❤️🙌🔥👏," as Kristin Chenoweth paid particular attention to the pink of Yearwood's second outfit, commenting simply, "The pink shoes."

Fans were just as enthusiastic, with notes like, "You’re absolutely breathtaking!!!!!!! ❤️" and "HOLY MOLEY!!! 🔥🔥🔥."

Yearwood joined Brooks in Las Vegas as he finished his last show of the year on Dec. 16. Throughout his time in the city so far, Yearwood joined her husband on stage a few times, with the two performing their duet cover of the hit song "Shallow," as reported by Billboard.

Brooks' residency, which will pick up again next April, is hosted at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace, where other stars like Adele, Rod Stewart and Keith Urban recently had residencies as well.

The "Friends in Low Places" crooner will return to his Las Vegas residency with the first show back on Apr. 18.
