Travis Barker's Daughter Shares Sweet Note He Left Amid Family Emergency

Travis Barker's daughter Alabama revealed the touching text her father sent her after he postponed several of his band's shows for an "urgent family matter."
"You are my everything," the note read. To which 17-year-old Alabama wrote back: "[You're] truly the best dad @travisbarker."
On Friday, Sept. 1, Barker, 47, was supposed to be on tour with Blink-182 when he left to be with wife Kourtney Kardashian, who eventually had to be hospitalized.
The couple, who are expecting their first child later this year, went on to confirm that the 44-year-old reality TV star needed urgent surgery to save her child's life–something she felt "unprepared for" after having "three really easy pregnancies."
"I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life," she wrote in a health update on Sept. 6. "I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this."
Kardashian continued, "I don't think anyone who hasn't been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear. I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant."
Thankfully, both mom and the couple's unborn baby are said to be doing much better and are now recovering at home.
Though the band did end up postponing the first leg of their UK and European tour, Barker plans to be back on stage this Friday, and couldn't be more grateful to share the positive outcome.
"God is great. I flew home for a life-threatening emergency surgery for our baby that I'm so grateful went well," he shared Wednesday via X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter. "I want to say thank you for all the support. Tour resumes Friday."
Kardashian—who already is mom to Mason, 13, Penelope, 11 and Reign, 8—confirmed her pregnancy in June at a Blink-182 concert by holding up a sign that read "Travis I'm Pregnant." Days later, the couple shared they're having a boy.
In addition to Alabama, Barker shares son Landon and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya with ex Shanna Moakler.
