This decadent pairing of finishing oils are both made with Italian olive oil and feature two 2.03-ounce bottles — one White Truffle and the other Black Truffle. Retailing for just $9.99 for the pair, each bottle contains only 13 grams of fat and 120 calories per 1-tablespoon serving.

This duo is made exclusively by a Trader Joe’s supplier in Italy who hunts and harvests their own truffles. Once harvested, the truffles then go through a rapid-drying process to help them retain as much of their earthy and umami flavors as possible before infusing them into Italian olive oil.

Each bottle contains olive oil, natural flavors and either summer black truffle or white truffle. Unlike most olive oils that you will find on TJ’s shelves, the Truffle Oil Duo is not meant to be used for cooking. Instead, the duo is best used as a finishing oil, drizzled over a ribeye steak or a fresh plate of your favorite pasta. The bold and rich flavors of black truffle and the delicate and savory aromatics of white truffle make this pairing a truly versatile and irreplaceable kitchen tool.
