Tori Spelling Gushes Over the ‘First Love of My Life’ With Sweet Throwback Photos

Tori Spelling is sending a shoutout to a very special someone.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum publicly celebrated her eldest child, firstborn son Liam's, 17th birthday with a collection of sweet throwback images, shared via social media on Wednesday, March 13.
In an Instagram video montage set to the tune of "Go With the Flow" by Queens of the Stone Age, pictures of the young man from over the years throughout his childhood flashed across the screen, highlighting several of him as a young kid. It also included an image of Spelling while pregnant with Liam, rocking a blue dress as she cradled her growing belly.
"You have always gone with the flow…" she opened the caption. "Happy 17th birthday to my 1st baby @liammcdermott___ aka Monkey. You were born via emergency yet came out sleeping. On point. All eyes on you yet chill af. You’ve had an extremely hard year yet your energy, positivity, empathy, kindness, humor, creativity, and light shines past any obstacles."
The 50-year-old further gushed, "I love you with all my heart and soul. You astound me daily. So proud to be your mom," before advising, "Always be you. You are amazing. In awe of your being," and signing off, "Love, P Mama."
The mom of five additionally marked the teen's personal new year via Instagram Stories by sharing a family tradition (that we can all get behind): birthday breakfast in bed. She showed off a snapshot of what she cooked for him, alongside a caption explaining the meal. "We like traditions, so every year red velvet pancakes and updated this year to a side of thin mint cookie pancakes … why not," it read.
A separate Story included an aged image of him blowing out a candle, alongside overlay text reading, "Happy 17th birthday to the first love of my life to grow inside me.. I love you @liammcdermott___."
The TV personality shares Liam, in addition to four other children—daughters Stella and Hattie, and sons Finn and Beau—with her ex, Dean McDermott. The pair tied the knot in 2006, announcing their split last year.
