Teresa Giudice is being trolled over her tan after sharing swimsuit photo
It’s 2019, and tan-shaming is a thing.
Just a few months back, Teresa Giudice was called out by fans who took issue with the deep tans her four daughters flaunted during a trip to the beach. Now she’s the one whose skin is facing extra scrutiny.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star posed in a swimsuit alongside fellow Bravo personality Andy Cohen, sharing the photo on Instagram. And while her plunging neckline is certainly eye-catching, her dark tan is all anyone can talk about.
“Teresa is too dark,” griped a fan, while another remarked, “Wow, she’s baked.”
“Ugly orange coloring, yikes,” read another comment. “Tanning is so out.”
“Why go to tropical areas and spray tan?” asked a follower.
“That tan is way too much,” a commenter wrote, prompting another to claim that the reality star “looks like she’s covered in mud.”
The trolling didn’t fly with Guidice’s loyal fans, who blasted the “unnecessary nasty comments” and chalked up her bronze glow to everything from her Italian heritage to her new career as a bodybuilder.
“I’m pretty sure it’s from her muscle contests,” a follower suggested. “I’m sure they apply darker tan so that you can see the muscles or something.”
“Why are there so many negative comments?!!” a supporter added. “People seem to forget that she [is] competing soon and that they get this tan for competition. It defines the muscles better. But I guess it’s just easier to judge and be unhappy pathetic women that look for issues in other women.”
Giudice, who is frequently shamed for her and her daughters’ appearance, has not yet responded to her critics.
