After mounting a crusade against the veterans the previous two rounds, leave it to a double elimination to shake things up on The Challenge: USA season 2. A risky strategy of collusion between two teams put the most chaotic group in power, leading to a screaming match during deliberations. A power play was made against one of the strongest women in the game, who was able to mount her own power play behind the scenes. And just when team dynamics were getting settled, they continued to get shuffled up.

Luis Colon (The Amazing Race)

Luis was sent down to the very first elimination, but avoided a battle due to the Hopper draw. Despite a push from the "Secret Garden" alliance to send in a vet in Wes, a throwaway vote from Luis's fellow Amazing Race alum Dusty is ultimately what sent him in. He went up against Chris, who earned the majority of guy votes from the green team after it came out he had come up with the plan for red and blue to collude during the daily. In a physical one-on-one match, it was Chris who prevailed.

Amanda Garcia (The Challenge MTV)

Challenge vet Amanda came in (and maintained) her rivalries with Michele and Tori throughout her time this season. But, surprisingly, her going into elimination didn't come from either one of them. Instead, it was a move by Desi, who had already been voted in. Behind the veterans' back, she gathered her allies together to vote in Amanda, feeling her as the easiest competition to beat. And despite Amanda making Desi slightly regret that choice in the fight she put up, it wasn't enough.

Who won the daily challenge on The Challenge: USA season 2 tonight?

For the first time, the red team claimed victory. They won after a last-place blue team decided in the final round to purposely throw away their shot of winning and play defense to block green from the win. And true to the "Team Red Flags" name, the deliberation was an absolute mess, with two sides nearly coming to a stalemate and several screaming matches.
