Find out about the start of the Flatwater Tales Storytelling Festival on Monday

Martha Moore Hobson will talk about the upcoming Flatwater Tales Storytelling Festival at the Monday, April 22, meeting of the Oak Ridge branch of American Association of University Women (AAUW).

Her talk is titled, “How to Start a Festival When You Don’t Know Exactly What You’re Doing.”

The meeting will be held at 1 p.m. in Room 204 of First Presbyterian Church in Oak Ridge. The room is next to the Aid to Distressed Families of Appalachian Counties (ADFAC). The public is invited.

Hobson, an Oak Ridge resident and retired financial planner, frequently writes for The Oak Ridger and her column appeared monthly in Senior Living.
