Sharon Osbourne hasn't been shy to talk openly about her history with plastic surgery, and according to her latest update, not all of her procedures have gone exactly as planned.

The former The Talk host, 71, recently got candid about what she called her "worst" plastic surgery experience, a facelift surgery back in October 2021.

"That was the worst thing that I ever did. I looked like Cyclops," she told British newspaper The Times during a new interview. "I had one eye here and one eye there and my mouth was all skewwhiff."

"Then I had to wait for that to heal before I could go back and have it corrected," she added of the procedure, which was her third time going under the knife for a facelift.

Even though she wasn't afraid to admit she had procedure done for "vanity" and "ego" reasons, it's not the first time Osbourne has expressed some regret at some of her past decisions to change her physical appearance.

The TV personality also recently opened up about her use of Ozempic for weight loss, a decision she said left her looking "too gaunt" after she lost over 40 lbs.

"I can’t put any weight on," she lamented in an interview last month. 'I want to, because I feel I’m too skinny. I’m under 100lb and I don’t want to be."

She also called the injectable drug—which is intended for use in adults with type 2 diabetes—"dangerous," saying it's "easy to become addicted" to it.

She also issued a warning to those who are looking to change up their body too much, telling them, "Be careful what you wish for."
