A Scientist and a Theme Park Designer Find Love on the Savanna in 'A Safari Romance'

The second-best way to visit is to couch surf over to your dream destination. In, A Safari Romance, this week's Summer Nights movie on Hallmark Channel, we go on safari on the savannas of Africa.

What is A Safari Romance about?
Megan (Brittany Bristow) is a research scientist living her dream in South Africa pursuing her Ph.D. while working as a ranger on a nature reserve. When Tim (Andrew Walker), an American theme park designer, arrives to capture footage for an immersive, safari-themed attraction, Megan serves as his guide. As they explore the savanna and observe giraffes, elephants and lions in their natural habitats, they open up to each other about their dreams and begin to grow close. Things are going well until Amy (Simoné Pretorius), a woman from Tim’s past, arrives to take over the project. Amy’s reckless disregard for rules puts Megan’s job at risk and threatens Megan and Tim’s budding romance. Megan, knowing that Tim will soon return home, is also wary of giving her heart to someone who lives half a world away—but she may find that love is an adventure worth taking.

Brittany Bristow (Megan)
Bristow has starred in several rom-coms including Home for a Royal Heart and Hallmark Channel's A Tail of Love. She also starred in another Hallmark movie that takes place in Africa, Love on Safari with Lacey Chabert and Jon Cor.
Andrew Walker (Tim)
Walker is a Hallmark fan favorite actor who co-starred in last year's hit Christmas movie, Three Wise Men and a Baby with Paul Campbell and Tyler Hynes. He previously starred in A Maple Valley Christmas and Bottled with Love.
