Savannah Guthrie

Savannah Guthrie is one of the many Swifties celebrating the release of Taylor Swift's 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department, today.

The Today anchor took to the broadcast stage–and her Instagram page–in fashion she said was inspired by some of the art released as part of the "Cruel Summer" songstress' newest release.

"in my ‘dressing like Taylor’s new album’ era #TTPD," she simply captioned the selfie.

In the snap, Guthrie smiled big, wearing a gray vest-style dress over a white blouse, keeping with the color scheme of the new anthology album. The 52-year-old media personality continued channeling the international pop superstar in her glam, rocking Swift's signature red lip color.

Guthrie also shared another selfie with the record and fellow co-host Carson Daly to her Instagram Story, captioning it: "Just two tortured poets hanging out."

Other Swifties immediately recognized Guthrie's nod, taking to the comments to with gratitude for her and her dedication to supporting the 14-time Grammy winner.

"My first thought when I saw you in the intro this morning," one Instagram user admitted.

"You are so real for being a Gen X swiftie! (From another Gen x swiftie!) 🙌❤️," a second Igushed.

"Literally thought you were dressed TTPD," another wrote. "Love you @savannahguthrie ❤️❤️."

The love didn't stop there as many other fans replied with compliments like "It is soooooooo good!!!!!" "Nice tribute" and "On point!!!!!🔥."

This isn't the first time Guthrie has dressed up like Swift, but it is the most subtle. This past Halloween, the author and mom of two shook things up with a lookalike costume and spoof performance for the Today show.
