It also depuffs and brightens my under-eyes.

Sarah Jessica Parker and I have something in common — we are wowed by the concept of a particular eye balm. Late last year, drugstore brand RoC dropped an eye treatment in tube that blew even its ambassador away: the RoC Multi Correxion Revive + Glow Vitamin C Eye Balm. “I’ve never had this,” SJP gushed to Prevention of the eye cream last year, which comes in a solid, stick form. “This is kind of an incredible thing to have packaged this way.”

If you are going to invest in drugstore skincare, RoC is always a reliable option, in my opinion. The brand prides itself on being the only “mass skincare brand” that clinically proves the efficacy of every single formulation. The dermatologist-approved drugstore beauty brand recently sent me a box of goodies to try out, and I immediately gravitated toward the vitamin C- and peptide-infused treatment, because again, an eye treatment packaged like a tube of chapstick? The presentation of the RoC Multi Correxion Revive + Glow Vitamin C Eye Balm has both me and Parker swiping it around our eyes every morning and night; she told Self that "it just feels good to not have to touch or rub on a sticky cream, and you can just do a nice, quick swipe under each eye." (Agreed.) However, the fact that the balm not only fills in my fine lines but depuffs and brightens my dark under-eye circles in moments has kept it in my rotation weeks later.

The cooling eye treatment is formulated with RoC’s patent-pending blend of vitamin C to boost radiance, peptides to firm, and potent antioxidants to depuff and help brighten dark circles. It’s super easy to apply anytime, anyplace. It goes on like chapstick (but under and around your eyes), leaving behind a thin, balmy layer of product that instantly refreshes your eyes. And again, the packaging is genius. Throw it in your purse, carry-on, or gym bag and treat your eyes to a little pick-me-up when they look as tired as you feel.

I’m not the only one who has noticed a difference — according to a clinical trial conducted by RoC, 96 percent of those who used the balm reported healthier-looking eyes in just one week, and 90 percent saw brighter eyes and dark circles and puffiness reduced. Plus, more than 6,300 Amazon shoppers have left it a five-star rating, raving that they “buy it over and over again” thanks to its results.
