This Roadside Attraction Isn't For The Faint Of Heart

On long car rides, it's customary to gaze out the window and imagine what it would be like to ride your bike on every hillside or rock you pass. Luckily enough, in some places, those dreams can be a reality.

Patrik Chomist found one of them and lived out all of our road trip dreams on one monster feature.

Check out the rock Patrik found in the clip below.

This feature looks far more like something you'd see as a marquee shot in a Sea-to-Sky edit than something you stumble upon on the side of the road. Patrik also helpfully pointed out that the rock was nice and wet when he rode it meaning that braking was not really an option.

The general rule of thumb with slabs is that it isn't the rock itself that is scary, it's managing the speed you get coming off it that causes the problems.

In this case, I think it's safe to say that rock defies that logic. It's scary all the way through.
