Rita Ora's Colorful Mismatched Manicure Is Perfect for Spring

When we think of the very best mismatched manicures, it's hard not to think of every single one Rita Ora has ever worn. Not that it's a competition, but the pop star truly is top of the class when it comes to mixing trending designs. Need proof? Look no further than her mismatched French manicure, mismatched tortoise nail designs, and multi-trend chrome mismatched mani. Oh, also her most recent nail look that we can't stop obsessing over.

On March 20, the pop star posted some behind-the-scenes snapshots of herself on the latest episode of the hit competition show, The Masked Singer. This time around, there was a special guest joining the cast: music icon Billy Joel. In the caption of the post, she said she had "to dust my Red Dress off for the occasion," a nod to one of his iconic lyrics.

Paired with a fitted cherry red midi dress with a textured bodice, thick straps, and a plunging neckline; Ora's nails were each painted with different ombré, aura-like designs. 

Her pinky finger was the most bright and enticing, cascading with vibrant tropical colors from cuticle to tip. The base of the nail started with a vibrant hot pink hue. As the pink got closer to the tip, it slowly faded into a deep orange-yellow before the nail ended. A similar design encapsulated her middle finger, too. In the same gradient, aura-like colorway, the base of her nail was a creamy white color. Then, as it traveled to the tip, it got more and more pink until it was the same vibrant hot pink hue found on her pinky.

The pointer finger next to it was a gradient green. Though, not with as dramatic of a change as the other two, this nail started with a glossy forest green hue that simply got lighter as it got to the top.

The only nail to stick out from this theme? Her ring finger. Where the rest of her nails were pretty tropical colors in an eye-catching gradient, this one was full-on cyberpunk chrome. On top of a sheer, clear base coat, Ora's ring finger was covered in a chrome web design from cuticle to tip, giving the look a bit of edge and uniqueness.
