Pros Show Off Dreamy New Zealand Dirt In "Smash 'N' Grab"

In the northern hemispheres, bike park season is over and riding opportunities are scant. People in many areas have put away their bikes until May.

It is right about that time that videos begin to pop up on the internet of the fun being had down in New Zealand’s summer. Watch David MacMillan and his Specialized teammates demolish berms in their new edit Smash ‘n‘ Grab below.

In this video, MacMillan, Sam Gale, and Finn Hawkesby-Browne rip around in some fresh New Zealand dirt.

For those in regions where Bike Park laps are a thing of the past, riding downhill bikes in New Zealand is enough to induce jealousy.

David has teased parts of this edit on his instagram page. Finally, we see the final production in all its glory.

David, Finn, and Sam are all professional downhillers from New Zealand. Each of them has raced in World Cups and they are mainstays at the Crankworx Series. Just this weekend, Sam got third at the New Zealand National Downhill Series stop in Rotorua. Keep an eye out for these guys at next month's Crankworx Rotorua.
