As a member of the Danish royal family, Princess Mary is traditionally expected to not show any indication of her political views.

However, her facial expression at the U.N. General Assembly on Tuesday during President Trump’s speech may have inadvertently conveyed multitudes.

The 46-year-old Tasmanian-born beauty was sitting near first lady Melania Trump at the event and could be seen making a number of unimpressed faces as FLOTUS kept her composure.

Princess Mary put her hands through her hair, folded her arms and looked down at the floor in a series of photos.

Trump’s speech drew a surprising response from the crowd, with reports claiming there were blank stares, bouts of laughter from the audience, and head-shaking after he proclaimed that his “administration has accomplished more than almost any administration in the history of our country.”

The crown princess is in New York this week for the U.N. General Assembly. Earlier on Tuesday, she visited an event to celebrate Denmark’s sustainability.

While she was there, she decided to crack into the popular Danish drink, a Carlsberg beer. However, when it came down to the moment when the royal went to open the can, she just couldn’t seem to do it and made a funny face in front of photographers.

She eventually managed to snap it open and toasted, while everyone laughed along.

Princess Mary is a known supporter of sustainability and told Vogue Australia in 2016 that “it will require a continuous effort and patience, and strong and authentic leadership: It takes time to create real and sustainable change.”

The mother-of-four is also the patron of Copenhagen’s annual Fashion Summit, which is one of the biggest sustainable fashion events in the world.
