Portland brewery offering $3 mugs of beer all Saturday for anniversary

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — In celebration of the company’s sixth anniversary, Von Ebert Brewing will serve 20-ounce mugs of Clubhaus Lager for $3 all Saturday at its Glendoveer Golf Course location at 14021 Glisan St. in Northeast Portland.

The brewery is also offering $3 slices of pizza during the celebration, which will last from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Chef duo brings Hawaiian cuisine to residency at SE Portland’s Little Griddle

Beginning April 13, Von Ebert Brewing will release two new anniversary-themed beers made in collaboration with California’s Firestone Walker Brewing. The new beers will be available at all Von Ebert locations.

“Using Yakima Chief Hops 702 extracts, Von Ebert and Firestone Walker developed the 6th Anniversary West Coast IPA and 6th Anniversary German-style Pilsner, which will be available at all four Von Ebert locations and Portland-area bottle shops,” the company said.

In January, Von Ebert Brewing announced the purchase of the former Ecliptic brewery location in North Portland. The new facility will allow the company to expand from 4,000 barrels per year to as much as 20,000 barrels per year. The company plans to open the Cook Street taproom later this spring.
