Pomsky’s Hilarious Tale of Getting Into Mischief at 2AM Is Epic

If your pets sleep in the room with you at night, you know that they'll sometimes try to hop into bed with you for a snuggle. That's what Zeus the Pomsky planned to do with his dad, but it didn't go as planned. Zeus' humans shared a video in mid-March of Zeus' 2AM antics, and the whole story had me cracking up!

Zeus starts by saying that he didn't mean for any of it to happen. His dad got up to take his middle-of-the-night potty break, and Zeus didn't realize that he had gotten back into bed. When Zeus decided to hop up for a snuggle, dad was in bed and Zeus said he landed on "the balls I wish I still had". Make sure your sound is on because the story is even funnier when he's telling it!

I laughed through his entire story! Zeus must have fallen back to sleep between dad getting up and dad getting back into bed. I can understand why mom was mad; I can't imagine waking up to my husband yelling next to me! Commenter @Karen Milligan Sanfor cracked me up when she laughed, "Prayers for Dads jewels LOL!"

Do Pomskys Make Good Pets?

When considering a pet, many people choose a dog based on how they look, and one thing's for certain, Pomskys are adorable dogs...just check out Zeus' eyes! But do Pomskys really make good pets? In short, yes!

Pomskys are a mix between a Pomeranian and the gorgeous Siberian Husky. They are considered a small sized dog, weighing in at just 20 to 30 pounds as an adult. They are affectionate, playful, and loyal to their family. They make good watchdogs because they are so protective of their family, and bark to alert you of any potential (real or not!) threats.

Huskies are working dogs, so it makes sense that Pomskies are high energy dogs. If you're a couch potato a Pomsky may not be the right dog for you; they love to play, take lots of walks, and prefer to always be busy. When they get bored, they find things to do, like to chew on anything and everything they can find, barking for the fun of it, or destroying whatever they can get their paws on. They're extremely intelligent and trainable and get along well with children and other dogs.

There are pros and cons to all dog breeds, so make sure to do thorough research before deciding to get one and if possible, talk to Pomsky owners to get honest feedback about the breed. Did I mention they are expensive? Because they're a relatively new dog breed and are considered 'designer' dogs, they come with a hefty price tag. There are so many cute dog breeds out there, so if this one isn't for you, just move on to the next one!
