Ozzy Osbourne Gives Troubling Health Update Ahead of 'Final' Neck Surgery

After facing spinal damage, Ozzy Osbourne has shared a new health update.
On the Sept. 19 episode of The Osbournes Podcast, the Black Sabbath frontman announced, "Tomorrow, I have my final surgery on my neck."
He then revealed he's chosen to stop having further operations, explaining that "it is going to be the final surgery, because I can't do it anymore. Regardless of the way it ends up after tomorrow, I'm not doing it anymore. I can't."
When asked by son Jack Osbourne how he's feeling about the surgery, the musician quipped, "I've had so much surgery in the past few years that it's just like going in for a f---ing haircut now."
However, the many surgeries appear to not have been in vain, as the patriarch noted that he's "improved somewhere" and can finally walk up and down the stairs "for the first time in a while."
He also had words for those who've exaggerated his health status, saying that he's "far from being" on his "last legs."
Four years ago, Osbourne suffered severe injuries on his neck and back after taking a tumble in 2019 while going to the bathroom at night, while also battling Parkinson's disease. In February, he announced on social media that the pain was too much to bear as a touring musician and would no longer go on the road.
"I have now come to the realization that I'm not physically capable of doing my upcoming European/UK tour dates, as I know I couldn't deal with the travel required," he wrote. "Believe me when I say that the thought of disappointing my fans really F---S ME UP, more than you will ever know. Never would I have imagined that my touring days would have ended this way."
However, he also shared that he wasn't planning to never perform again, explaining that his team was "coming up with ideas for where I will be able to perform without having to travel from city to city and country to country."
