Onyx Coffee Lab opens studio in Rogers for film crews, producers, photographers

ROGERS, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Onyx Coffee Lab opens a studio in Downtown Rogers for film crews, producers, photographers and creatives to use.

According to a press release, 2nd Street Studio is located at 219 N. Second Street and is a permanent location for Onyx to shoot promotional and educational content and has space available for others to book.

The release says the studio is managed by director and producer Kaylee Williamson and cinematographer Richard Williamson.

“We’re excited to broaden opportunities for Arkansas’ creative and film ventures with the opening of 2nd Street Studio,” said Jon Allen, co-founder of Onyx. “There’s so much creative talent in our state, and Onyx saw an opportunity to design a space where our team can continue to shoot high-quality content while also providing a new area for other creators to do the same.”

Why are more people investing in Rogers?

2nd Street Studio has three different kitchen sets, a camera prep area, a high-speed editing suite, a soundproof podcast boot, a conference room, a shared workspace and a 10-foot by 20-foot LED wall.

Each kitchen set comes fully furnished with furniture, decor and appliances supplied by Onyx.

“Arkansas is home to so many inspiring and impactful stories,” said Kaylee Williamson. “Getting to partner with Onyx feels like a dream come true. We couldn’t be happier with the studio’s capabilities and the opportunity to help people share their authentic stories.”
