Nashville café named one of the ‘most viral’ restaurants in the US
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Instead of asking what’s on the menu or if free parking is available, a new study shows some diners care more if a restaurant is “Instragrammable” or not.
In fact, 50% of Americans say social media influences their decision when deciding if they should visit a restaurant or not, with one in five admitting that they are inspired to dine at a restaurant due to its social media presence.

Betway, an online betting site, analyzed hashtags for 100 restaurants in the U.S. to determine which eateries are the most popular on Instagram.
Claiming a spot in the top 10 is Nashville’s very own, The Bluebird Café, which also doubles as a music venue.
The study found that the café has gained at least 50,546 Instagram posts under the hashtag #bluebirdcafe.

In fact, the iconic venue has featured countless artists and helped kickstart the careers of various country music superstars, including Taylor Swift, Garth Brooks and Faith Hill.
The café has been has been featured in several television shows like “Nashville” and “The Thing Called Love.” In 2023, there were plans to take the famed venue to the stage as the inspiration for a theatrical production.
