Multiple vendors to attend Flint Hills Feast event

ALMA (KSNT) – A culinary pop-up will see 15 food vendors, with more expected to attend, at the Flint Hills Feast in Alma next month.

Attendees can enjoy live music, local vendor tastings, a cooking demonstration, an art viewing and more from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., June 21 at the Volland Store in Alma. The event will also feature live music from local band Tallgrass Express.

“Savor an array of heavy samplings from all our local artisan vendors throughout the evening in addition to a mouth-watering plated selection of beef from the culinary demonstration,” the Flint Hills Feast website reads.

Flint Hills Feast is being organized by local ranchers Wrenn and Arturo Pacheco of Pacheco Beef and Lauren Grier of the Curious Plate, Food and Travel Blog.
