Isabella Strahan squeezed in some quality time with her twin sister Sophia ahead of the next round of chemotherapy to treat her medulloblastoma—a malignant brain tumor primarily found in children.

In a brief vlog uploaded to YouTube on Thursday, March 21, the 19-year-old documented her arrival at Duke University, where her sister is enrolled and where she was scheduled to start treatment again the following week.

All unbundled up for the chilly weather, the pair hung out on campus the first night, enjoying a meal at Chick-fil-A before heading to the court to watch Duke's men's basketball team. It seems the video was filmed over the weekend of March 9, with the sisters in attendance at the game that Saturday against UNC Chapel Hill.

In a follow-up clip to the game, Isabella sat near her sister in their hotel room in Durham, NC, on an unspecified Sunday, opening up about starting chemo again the next day before recounting the game from the previous night, which she said was "really, really fun" and made her feel like she herself was in college or a "really big high school."

Unfortunately, they "lost by like four points." (Duke lost by five points on the 9th.)

The twins' dad, Michael Strahan, barged into the frame in the hotel, smiling happily as he joined his daughters. While Isabella contemplated getting her nails done, he, ever the supportive dad, told her they looked great without even laying eyes on them up close.

"What makes them look bad?" he asked, invested, as she shot him down.

"These are my GMA interview nails," she said, referencing the TV spot in early January, where she announced her diagnosis to the world. With that much time passed, they desperately needed a fill-in, if not a total switch.

Luckily, before chemo, she swapped the neutral color out for a pop of hot pink.

The video ended after a brief glimpse of Isabella lying in a hospital bed, her sister sprawled on her stomach on a couch in the room. She shot the footage before receiving the treatment, explaining that once that was done, she only had four more months to go.

Isabella has been incredibly candid throughout her cancer journey, giving followers glimpses of even her most vulnerable moments, like the aftermath of her most recent emergent craniotomy.

We're glad to see she seems to be feeling better and wish her all the best on her next round of treatment!
