Isabella Strahan is continuing to put on a brave face amid her ongoing cancer journey, but she understandably still has some fears about the whole process.

The 19-year-old, who is one of Michael Strahan's twin daughters along with her sister Sophia Strahan, recently gave her social media followers an update on her treatment as she starts chemotherapy, which she expressed can be a quite scary to go through. Isabella underwent emergency surgery last fall after she was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor in October 2023.

In her latest YouTube vlog documenting her cancer journey, Isabella was sitting in her room at the Duke University Hospital in North Carolina, telling the camera about chemotherapy port and wires as she admitted, "I think I'm just freaking myself out," about the whole process.

"I'm stressing myself out because I feel like everything could just go wrong with me at any moment," she said in the clip. "I don’t know, I'm just so terrified that my leg is going to start twitching, or what if my organs just shut down?"

But before Isabella could spiral with negative thoughts, her sister interrupted her to say, "Can you just chill a little?" while her dad's girlfriend, Kayla Quick, encouraged her, "Let's talk positive! Positive. Positive thinking!"

Isabella then tried to shift the mood of the video, sharing a look at her tasty lunch, made up of mac n cheese from Panera. Michael, 52, also brought the teen her favorite breakfast from Chick-fil-a during one of his visits.

Later in the clip, Isabella gave her followers a tour of her hospital room, while making a point to show off her outfit, which was made up entirely of Duke gear.

Her dad could also been seen at another point in the video contributing to a parent encouragement board, made for parents to send uplifting messages for other parents whose children are going through something similar.

The Good Morning America host added the phrase "You got this!" to the board, along with the words, "Faith and love."
