Melissa McCarthy Celebrates Ben Falcone's Birthday With Sweet Tribute

Melissa McCarthy is celebrating hubby Ben Falcone's 50th birthday with a little bit of sweetness and a little bit of sass.
The Gilmore Girls alum took to Instagram to commemorate the big day yesterday, Aug. 25, sharing what a photo of her husband from what looks like high school picture day. The younger Falcone's body is slightly tilted, while his face looks the camera head-on. He wore an acid-wash denim jacket with a U2 button pin on the lapel over a blue tee shirt, which McCarthy was sure to criticize—albeit gently—in her message to him.
"Nifty nifty loo whose FIFTY!!" McCarthy, 53, wrote alongside the throwback snap. "Happy 50th @benjyfalcone. When this picture was taken 50 seemed like 100 years away. I’d marry this guy all over again, acid washed denim and U2 lapel button and all 🎉🥰❤️ !!!!!"
Fans loved the sweet glimpse at their relationship, which often includes a little bit of gentle trolling, much like Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively.
"Happy Birthday to your hubby! You two are the cutest couple," one wrote.
"This is so sweet. ❤️," another said.
"HB He is cute!!!" fellow actress Amy Sedaris wrote.
The adorable couple first crossed paths with each other in the '90s, when she was a freshman in college and he was still in high school. They met formally in 1998 and were married in 2005, now sharing two daughters: Vivian, 16, and Georgette, 13.
They were recently spotted out together, sans Georgette, for the Little Mermaid premiere, in which McCarthy played Ursula.
