Meghan Markle's reportedly learning self-defense from Michael Jackson's former bodyguard

Meghan Markle has reportedly just hired Michael Jackson’s ex-bodyguard to teach her self-defense, according to TMZ. The soon-to-be-royal will apparently be trained by celebrity security adviser and trainer Matt Fiddes.

Even though the former Suits actress is already familiar with the pressures of being a public figure and dealing with paparazzi, the level of attention she’s begun to receive since her engagement to Prince Harry was announced has apparently skyrocketed. Now, with the help of Fiddes, the possible future Duchess of Sussex will be armed with the best self-protection skills possible.

It is being reported that “Meghan will be trained in many different [areas], including what public places she should avoid, what she should do if she was ever approached and attacked in public and how to release herself from a situation like that.” Just take a look at some of her new trainer’s moves while being blindfolded. Meghan is going to clearly be learning from the best of the best.
