Luxury Retailer Jayson Home Returns to New York With Modern and Vintage Furnishings at Bergdorf Goodman
Jayson Home, one of the country’s leading independent luxury home goods purveyors, is returning to New York with a four-month installation in partnership with Bergdorf Goodman.
Opening Thursday and running through Aug. 19, Jayson Home will be housed on Bergdorf’s seventh floor loft space. Transformed into a chic, maximalist wonderland, the space will be packed with vintage and antique pieces from France, Italy and Belgium and draws inspiration from Atelier Brancusi, the Paris Flea Market and unfussy furnishings from America’s iconic interiors.

“Their curatorial ability to bring our savvy customer new design pieces of the highest quality as well an exceptional array of one-of-a-kind vintage and antiques will transform our loft into the premier destination this spring and summer,” said Andrew Mandell, divisional merchandise manager, decorative home and jewelry, at Bergdorf.
The Jayson Home Loft will be frequently refreshed with an assortment of antique, vintage and new upholstery, grand case goods, and one-of-a-kind accessories, objects, curiosities, artwork, rugs and lighting. There will be a primary focus on industrial and rustic furniture from Belgium, unique objects, and collected works of art. Balancing out the assortment will be French Napoleon III chairs, African stools and vintage 1980s pieces, along with an array of Jayson Home’s bestsellers and new releases, including travertine tables, leather chairs, silk ikat pillows and a range of marble accessories.
“Partnering with Bergdorf Goodman to bring Jayson Home back to New York is a dream come true,” said Devin Kirk, chief creative officer of Jayson Home. “Like us, their store epitomizes luxury, great taste and world-class service. We’re thrilled to be able to distill the best of Jayson Home into 1,000 square feet to bring those who visit an immersive shopping experience unlike anything else in the city. We have spent the last year hoarding antiques and one-of-a-kind finds on buying trips all over the world in preparation for this installation,” he said.
The Jayson Home Loft will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., ET daily from May 2 through Aug. 19.
Jayson Home’s flagship retail location is housed in a century-old, 20,000 square-foot converted warehouse in Chicago. The store also operates a website.
