Lovable Dog Steals the Show in Budweiser's New Super Bowl LVIII Commercial with Clydesdales

Budweiser, 'The King of Beers' is ready to give the public what they want in their new Super Bowl ad set to air during the big game this coming Sunday - their gorgeous Clydesdale horses and an adorable Labrador.

Watch the following to see how these majestic horses save the day when a local bar runs low on their supply of Bud.

The commercial opens on a wintery, snowy village overhead shot where the power flickers in a bar and a sweet Labrador dog lifts its head. We cut to a truck driver who shakes his head while listening to a weather forecast explaining that the roads are closed.

The 'Old School Delivery' ad shows delivery truck driver and his partner, played by Fred Dana — a real Budweiser wholesaler of more than three decades — load up the wagon with kegs of beer and the gorgeous horses and make their way through the snow.

The dog hears the horses neighing while they attempt to navigate a rocky mountainside through the snow, and he runs off to help guide them the rest of the way through the storm to make the successful beer delivery. yay horses! Yay dog! Yay beer!

ABC news reports the Budweiser press release with, "Budweiser has been synonymous with the Super Bowl for decades and the broadcast continues to be a very special moment for our brand and a core pillar of our advertising strategy," Kristina Punwani, head of marketing at Budweiser USA, said in a statement. "We knew there was no better way to show Budweiser's continued commitment to delivering for its fans than with our biggest celebrities."

We can already promise this one will be a fan favorite when consumer sentiment is reported the day after the big game. What's not to love? It's charming, it's nostalgic, and best of all, it's an actual ad that makes you remember the product. That's good advertising right there.

The Clydesdales have become a Super Bowl favorite, appearing in the commercials on 45 different occasions.

Budweiser's decision to reintroduce the iconic Clydesdales and the endearing dog in their ad is a pretty smart strategic move.
